As the Billing Supervisor, you'll oversee daily billing operations, mentor a small team, and work closely with Project Managers, Accounting, and Operations to ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing

?? Billing Leadership

• Supervise and support daily billing activities
• Guide and mentor billing team members
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time

?? Invoice Review & Compliance

• Prepare and review client invoices for accuracy
• Verify billing complies with contract requirements
• Review labor, expenses, billing rates, and project phases

?? Cross-Department Collaboration

• Partner with Project Managers to resolve billing questions
• Work with Accounting and Operations to address discrepancies
• Assist with invoice adjustments, credits, and corrections

?? Process Improvement

• Monitor unbilled revenue, billing holds, and outstanding items
• Support month-end billing and Accounts Receivable processes
• Help maintain efficient billing procedures and internal controls

?? What We're Looking For

Required:

? Minimum 1 year of Deltek experience

? 5 years of billing or project accounting experience

? Strong Microsoft Excel skills

? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

? Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

? Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Previous Billing Supervisor or Senior Billing experience
